Why BOTH exists
Affiliate relationships should be straightforward. In practice they come with repeated application forms, conversations scattered across email and chat, creative that’s out of date, terms that are hard to compare, and reporting spread across different systems.
BOTH is being built to remove that friction: to make it easier for an operator to find, vet, approve and grow the right affiliates, and easier for an affiliate, streamer or creator to find the right operators, understand the deal, launch quickly and see the value they create.
The test we apply
Every product decision has to survive one question: is this genuinely better for both sides? If a feature makes life easier for one side by creating opacity or admin for the other, it isn’t BOTH.
