What we collect

When you book a demo on bestforboth.com, we collect what you type into the form: which side you’re on, your name, work email, company, website (if you add it) and anything you tell us you’d like to see. We also store the page you came from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and arrange the demo. That’s it. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with operators or affiliates.

Who handles it

The site is hosted in the EU. Form notifications are sent through Postmark, and our email is hosted by Migadu.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as we’re talking to you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@bestforboth.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
